Before you rip
An unripped pack can be refunded in full. Nothing has been revealed, so nothing has been consumed.
After you rip
A ripped pack cannot be refunded. The randomised outcome is the thing you bought, and it has been delivered. Getting a tin you did not want is the product working, not the product failing.
This is the section most likely to be wrong. TO DECIDE WITH COUNSEL: several jurisdictions give consumers a statutory cancellation window on distance sales that cannot be waived by a sentence on this page, and the interaction between that right and a revealed randomised outcome is exactly the contested part.
Shipping and damage
If a tin arrives dented, leaking, past its date, or missing, tell us and we will replace it or refund that tin. Photographs help.
If the shipment does not arrive, we will trace it and then replace or refund it.
Can Coins
Can Coins are not money and cannot be refunded, transferred or cashed out. A tin you converted to Can Coins has been consumed and cannot be converted back.
