What you are buying

A pack is a sealed, randomised selection of tinned food. You are buying the pack, not any particular tin. What comes out is determined by the odds published on the odds page, which apply per rip slot, not per pack.

Packs are not gambling. There is no cash-out, no resale mechanism, and no way to convert anything you receive back into money. Can Coins have no cash value, cannot be purchased, and cannot buy rips.

Age

You must be 18 or over to buy a pack. We ask for your date of birth before checkout. We do not currently verify it.

Odds

The odds on the odds page are the odds. They are not weighted by your account, your spend, or how long you have been away. TO DECIDE: whether to commission a third-party audit and publish the certificate, which several markets expect for randomised paid products.

One exception is disclosed here rather than buried: a gifted pack can be weighted by the sender before it is sent. The sender sees the weighting; the recipient does not. TO DECIDE WITH COUNSEL: whether this feature can ship at all in markets that require odds disclosure to the purchaser and the player.

Shipping and food safety

Tins ship only when you choose to ship your shelf. Shipping is charged by total weight. We ship to the address you give us and do not currently ship internationally.

Every tin is food. Allergen information for each item is listed on the contents page. A pack that can reach a fish tier will contain fish. If you have a fish or shellfish allergy, do not buy a pack that can reach those tiers.

Things we do not do

We do not buy back tins. We do not exchange tins for money. We do not run a secondary market and we do not endorse one.
